Stainless and Recycling Garbage Bin D01-A

1. Electrolytic galvanized steel sheet is used as substrate for upper cover and outer box, with much better corrosion resistance than ordinary cold rolled steel.

2. Upper cover is made from the whole stretch molding process, with much higher ruggedness than general welding molding process, also avoiding iron corrosion of the joints caused by welding.

3. Bottom flange of the upper cover uses molding process, more endurable and smooth, avoiding the possibility of scratching the hands by the edge of the cover when delivering garbage.

4. Outer box is made by decomposion process and the panel of the barrel is suppressed which makes the contour stable.

5. Delivering signs are made by anti-UV, abrasion, laminated printed signs, colorful and durable. After 10 years' use, its fade rate is only 6.3%, with the service life of 15 to 20 years.

1. With the whole suppression of the leg and exposure to the ground by external vertical touch, it will not be corroded when touches the wet ground, greatly improving its service life.

2. D01-A is decorated with fiber plastic wood, with superiorly weatherability resistant. Without deformation, depigmentation and cleft after long time outdoor use, service life is much longer than high class timber. The other characters are the same as D01.
